Architectural Renderings
There is a current trend to get away from computer-generated images of homes for marketing purposes. Hand-drawn images can be seen as less sterile, and more inviting. It could be said they have a more "warm and cozy" appeal, which may be useful to counteract today's hard-edged technological world.
Our architectural renderings are hand-drawn, but then converted into high-resolution digital files, so they may be used in any form of marketing plan. Clients are always provided with the high-resolution digital files, but the originals are also available.
In addition, we produce simplified floor plans for marketing plans and materials, which are much easier for the potential buyer or consumer to comprehend than the complex architect's plans.
